1. Choose the register button among the dropdown list of PTQE-2026
2. Fill in the personal details in the registration form and submit the form.
3. Pay the registration amount and download Admit card.
4. Take the printout of admit card while appearing in exam.
Offline Registration
Take form from your school if it has agreed for PTQE 2026 registration, fill in and deposit at your school or you can visit Pinnacle Educare Institute, Sangrur for offline registration.
