2. Fil in the personal details in the registration form and submit the form.
3. Get your Admit Card for PTQE Stage-1 & take the printout of it while appearing in exam.
Offline Registration
Take form from your school if it has agreed for PTQE 2025 registration, fill in and deposit at your school or you can visit Pinnacle Educare Institute, Sangrur for offline registration.
